Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"air68" / "the Company" / "we" / "us"	The legal entity operating the air68 platform at the domain air68.cam and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or mirrored domains.
"Platform"	The website, mobile-optimized interface, and any related software tools operated by air68 through which betting and gaming services are provided.
"Player" / "User" / "you"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or places wagers through the air68 Platform.
"Account"	The individual player account created upon successful registration on the air68 Platform.
"Funds"	All amounts held in a Player's air68 account balance, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
"Bonus"	Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by air68 to a Player, subject to stated wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawal of funds or as requested by air68 for compliance purposes.
"Wager" / "Bet" / "Stake"	Any sum of money placed by a Player on any game or sporting event offered through the Platform.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory where online gambling is illegal and in which air68 does not accept registrations. A current list is available from the support team.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the air68 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and, if applicable, contact us to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on air68, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. air68 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction across all account types and game categories. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be accessing the Platform as an individual in your own personal capacity — not on behalf of any business, partnership, or third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of air68 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by air68 or by any recognized responsible gaming organization to which you have applied.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each Player may hold a maximum of one (1) active account on the air68 Platform. Duplicate registrations — whether under the same or different personal details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Preferred deposit method (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet details)

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

air68 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Standard KYC documents include a government-issued national ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license. Additional documentation (proof of payment method ownership, source of funds) may be requested in line with our compliance obligations.

Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified in our request will result in a temporary freeze of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after KYC requirements are satisfied and any pending wagering requirements are reviewed. air68 reserves the right to withhold funds where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is reasonably suspected, pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. air68 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify air68 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• air68 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• air68 reserves the right to implement additional security checks — including SMS verification, security questions, or device fingerprinting — at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

All deposits to your air68 account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit is Rp 100.000.000 unless a higher limit has been individually approved in writing by air68.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

• Local Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer restrictions)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (Tether, TRC-20 network)

6.2 Deposit Processing

Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours are processed the following morning. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. air68 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or e-wallet provider.

6.3 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits made from accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited. air68 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend accounts where third-party payment sources are detected. Deposits may not be made using funds obtained through illegal means, and air68 cooperates fully with international anti-money-laundering (AML) frameworks.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence review.

7.1 Processing Timeframes

• Local bank transfer: 1–24 hours from approval (most transactions complete within 4 hours during active banking periods)
• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Typically within 1 hour
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): Within 2 hours after network confirmation

7.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy stated wagering requirements before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• The deposit associated with a bonus must have been wagered at least once (1x) in full prior to withdrawal, independent of any bonus wagering requirement.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusals

air68 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, unresolved bonus wagering obligations, or where an ongoing investigation into the account is in progress. Players will be notified of the reason for any refusal within 48 hours.

Bonuses & Promotions

air68 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Every bonus carries a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is specified for each individual promotion. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 3.000.000 in total qualifying bets to be placed.

8.2 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. Sports bets on events with odds below a stated minimum (e.g., 1.50 decimal) may contribute 0%.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

The following are considered forms of bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once
• Coordinated betting between multiple accounts ("bonus hedging") to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geo-restrictions or claim bonuses from a restricted jurisdiction
• Providing false registration information to qualify for a bonus

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within 7 days of issuance, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period (typically 30 days), will expire automatically and be removed from the account without compensation.

Betting Rules

By placing any wager on the air68 Platform, you accept the game-specific and sport-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. air68 does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the Platform.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price or payout being displayed (manifest error), air68 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to Players.
• For live (in-play) betting, any bets placed after the natural conclusion of an event — due to a data feed delay or similar technical issue — will be voided.
• air68 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any event, market, or game type at its discretion.
• Winnings from sports betting are calculated using the decimal odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted. For mixed parlay (mix parlay — accumulator-style multi-leg bets) wagers, all legs must win for the full payout to be awarded; one losing or void leg with a void rule of "leg removes" reduces the payout; one losing leg voids the entire ticket.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the air68 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or impersonation of another person
• Money laundering or the use of air68 as a mechanism to transfer or obscure funds of illegal origin
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any software that accesses or interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner without express written consent from air68
• Exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any Player who identifies a vulnerability must report it immediately to [email protected] rather than exploiting it.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward air68 staff or other Players via any communication channel
• Any activity that breaches applicable laws in your jurisdiction or that air68 reasonably believes constitutes criminal conduct

Responsible Gaming

air68 is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools including voluntary deposit limits, session time-out features, temporary account cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Intellectual Property

All content on the air68 Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, game logic, graphics, user interface design, text, images, audio, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of air68 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, air68, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to unauthorized account access resulting from Player negligence
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss caused by events outside air68's reasonable control (including force majeure events)
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits air68's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

air68's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their air68 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which air68 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

air68 operates as an offshore online gaming platform and is not regulated under Indonesian domestic gaming law. Users who access the Platform from within Indonesia do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

Amendments to These Terms

air68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the change takes effect, except where an urgent amendment is required to comply with a legal obligation or to address an immediate security threat, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact us to arrange account closure and balance withdrawal before the amendment takes effect.
